Power Skating

 

We have our PrePower Session for hockey players for the Initiation and Novice Levels.  It starts Tuesday, Sept 14 and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 - 4:30till Thursday, Oct 7.  The cost is $100 for the 8 skates.  Full equipment and hockey stick needed.

 

We are also running a CanPower Session for hockey players for the Atom & Up levels.  It starts Tuesday, Sept 14 and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:15till Thursday, Oct 7.  The cost is $125 for the 8 skates.   Full equipment and hockey stick needed.

 

In both sessions we will be focusing on skill development.  We will also be working on endurance, agility, speed and power.
